Clare Ross is a Canadian artist whose work has garnered international acclaim and numerous awards. She has been juried into notable Canadian exhibits including at the Museum of Northern History, The Aird Gallery and the Latcham Gallery. She has also exhibited with and won awards from the Society of Canadian Artists and the Ontario Society of Art where she now serves as president. Clare’s spectacular photographs, printed on archival watercolour paper, imaginatively showcase nature, actual and reconstructed. Her reconstructions explore the opposing desires we have all felt, to be fully immersed in nature and its beauty, but to retain the many modern comforts we’ve come to love.
